    How do I exchange my order?
    We do not provide direct exchanges. In case you would really like to exchange your order, we ask that you truely place a brand new order for the replacement items and visit the returns web page inside 30 days of your original purchase to return the products you would really like to return.
    How do I cancel or change my order?
    As soon as you place your order we start processing it and striving to deliver as soon as possible. That is why, we are not able to change or cancel your orders. You can file a return of the product if you want to change your order or cancel it. Please visit the customer service page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods.     I did not receive all the goods that I ordered or received the wrong clothing.
