Is Aurora Royal Wholesale a secure site?

How do I return my order?
Being a wholesale clothing company we do not accept returns until unless the items you have received are either damaged or faulty. So if you have received the damaged/faulty items, you can contact us at info@auroraroyalwholesale.co.uk and we will get back to you.
How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we start processing it and striving to deliver as soon as possible. That is why, we are not able to change or cancel your orders.
I did not receive all the goods that I ordered or received the wrong clothing.
If you have recieved the wrong goods or have not recieved your order, you may call our  customer service and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Are your goods first quality?
All products we have in our stores are “first quality” and free of major defects. We believe that quality is the key to customer satisfaction that is why we never compromise on quality.
How do I return defective goods?
You may return your defective items  to Aurora Royal Wholesale within 7 days  of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replaced goods via the exact shipping service you chose during check out. Please report your claims via email or call us.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched you will be provided tracking information to track your order.
How can I pay for my order?
Aurora Royal Wholesale currently accepts PayPal Express Only.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do provide International shipping.
What if I order something and it is out of stock?
We will remove the out of stock items from your order and we will ship the rest of your order. You won't be charged for the items that are out of stock or refunded.

Yes, we do have a minimum order worth of £ 50.

We do not provide direct exchanges. In case you would really like to exchange your order, we ask that you truely place a brand new order for the replacement items and contact us.
